This jobs entails working closely with product designers, founders and engineers to craft high-quality, impactful, and inclusive user experiences for communication experts all around the world.</p><h4 id=\"job-requirements\" ><strong>Job requirements</strong></h4><ul class=\"release-content-list release-content-list--bulleted release-content-list--align-inherit\"><li><span><strong>Language</strong>: Near-native English is required. </span></li><li><span><strong>Experience</strong>: 3+ years in a Frontend (TS/React) Developer role</span></li><li><span><strong>Communication</strong>: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You&rsquo;ll regularly engage with the rest of the Prezly team via web conferences, and email.</span></li><li><span><strong>Remote Setup</strong>: A good, reliable internet connection is a must, as this role is fully remote.</span></li></ul><h4 id=\"what-youll-do\" ><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do</strong></h4><ul class=\"release-content-list release-content-list--bulleted release-content-list--align-inherit\"><li><span><strong>Collaborate with the Product Lead</strong> on product shaping (estimations, concerns) based on company goals and targets</span></li><li><span><strong>Proactive help with incidents</strong>: Hot fixing, downtime prevention</span></li><li><span><strong>Shape projects</strong> based on developer best practices:</span><ul class=\"release-content-list release-content-list--bulleted release-content-list--align-inherit\"><li><span>Developer Experience projects</span></li><li><span>Research, read up, experiment, educate with new ideas / research that could help Prezly in the future</span></li><li><span>Refactoring projects</span></li></ul></li><li><span><strong>Proactive and reactive bug fixing</strong></span></li><li><span><strong>Projects:</strong></span><ul class=\"release-content-list release-content-list--bulleted release-content-list--align-inherit\"><li><span>Figure out the best way to implement the project on time, within scope</span></li><li><span>Work with Design to get to the easiest implementation for the user</span></li></ul></li><li><span><strong>Quality control;</strong> testing, performance improvement</span></li><li><span><strong>Assist during incidents;
