Product Lead
⚠️ Important: While this is a fully remote role, we only accept candidates within a 2-hour time difference from CET (Central European Timezone). A Europe-based candidate is preferred.
We’re a fully remote, 15-person SaaS company built on trust, autonomy, and results. We believe great work comes from clarity, accountability and intrinsic motivation, not from counting hours.
We’re now looking for a Product Lead to help shape the next chapter of Prezly’s evolution. Someone who loves turning vision into action, thrives in small teams, and cares deeply about building products that customers genuinely love.
The Role
As Product Lead, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and delivery of the Prezly product roadmap. You’ll connect our long-term vision to short-term priorities, ensure the team is focused on what matters most, and make sure what we ship truly solves problems for our customers.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team — Design (2), Frontend (2), and Backend (2) — working closely with Leadership and our Sales & Customer Success (SALCS) team to turn feedback and insights into impactful releases.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to balance strategy, prioritisation, and quality execution in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
🎯 Product Strategy & Focus
- Define and evolve Prezly’s product strategy based on our vision, customer feedback, and metrics
- Translate that strategy into clear Product Scorecard targets each quarter — and make sure we hit them
- Prioritise projects and initiatives that drive real impact
- Collaborate with Design and SALCS to shape projects that deliver measurable value
🧭 Planning & Prioritisation
- Own the Product Rocks and roadmap planning process
- Maintain focus and alignment across teams by clearly defining goals and timelines
- Coordinate and manage bugs, features, and projects effectively using Linear (our main project management tool)
- Balance fast iteration with thoughtful planning — evolution over perfection
🚀 Execution & Delivery
- Use technical understanding to ensure projects are executed with quality and appropriate testing before Go Live
- Drive timely delivery while maintaining a strong standard for user experience and performance
- Evaluate projects and Rocks after completion to document learnings and continuously improve
👥 Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and coach a small, talented team of designers and engineers
- As a part of the company Leadership team, communicate Leadership’s voice — and represent the Product team’s voice back to leadership
- Run quarterly check-ins, performance evaluations and feedback sessions
- Support hiring, onboarding, and (if necessary) restructuring decisions
- Manage the Product team budget, including tools, subscriptions and external contractors
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years leading a product or project team
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in a product or project management role
- Proven experience working with remote teams (async-first mindset)
- Highly comfortable with project management tools, preferably Linear. Knowledge of other tools, such as Figma, Notion, Slack would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills — able to bring structure and clarity to complexity
- A very high command of English, our working language
- Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and motivation to make things better every quarter
- A balance between strategic vision, technical know-how and hands-on execution
Why You’ll Love Working at Prezly
At Prezly, we believe in:
- Customer delight: We build for our customers and learn from them constantly.
- Results, not hours: What matters is your impact — not when or how long you work.
- Raise the standard: We never settle for “good enough”; we evolve every day.
- Intrinsic motivation: We do great work because we care about it.
- Progress beats perfection: We ship, learn, and improve — fast.
You’ll join a team that trusts you to take ownership, make smart decisions and move things forward. You’ll have the space to experiment, grow and make a real difference to how communication professionals work.
What we offer
- Competitive salary: Because great work deserves great pay.
- Office budget: As this is a fully remote position, we provide you with a starting budget to get your home office kitted out with the right equipment.
- Flexible hours: Work when and where you’re most productive – there’s a life outside of work, and we get that.
- 35 paid days off: We focus on the value you bring, not how many days you spend behind a desk. We offer a generous amount of holidays so you can bring your A-game.
- Support for your needs: If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, let us know – we’re open to finding solutions.
If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
